Our Story
EverGreen Apartment Company is proudly family-owned and operated since 2012.
EverGreen Apartment Company Inc. began in 2012 when David and Laurie purchased their first set of units in Palmerston, Ontario. They eagerly brought their kids, Danielle and Mackenzie, into the business. From day one, EverGreen has been a true family business, built on teamwork, hard work, and dedication.
It was all hands on deck as we navigated the apartment industry together. When tenants moved out, the whole family pitched in to freshen up the units. Summers were spent with David on the mower, while Laurie and the kids took charge of landscaping and trimming. Winters brought snow, and while David managed the snow blower, Danielle and Mackenzie worked together to clear the walkways.

As life evolved, school, careers, and new adventures kept Danielle and Mackenzie less hands-on, though always involved in the background. Fast forward to today, and EverGreen is still a family affair. In 2024, our family proudly came together to expand our vision, purchasing the Blyth buildings as a team.
What makes owning and managing these properties so special? For us, it’s the people.
We appreciate the opportunity to get to know our tenants, learn their stories, and create a welcoming community. Every tenant adds something unique to EverGreen, and it’s a privilege to provide homes that are comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting.
